What We Offer

Our providers specialize in an array of therapeutic services including but not limited to anger management, substance abuse treatment, personality disorders, marriage and couples therapy, trauma/EMDR, crisis de-briefing, mood disorders and anxiety, cultural competency, ADHD, spiritual concerns, identity issues, chronic medical issues, and re-entry from incarceration.
Individual Therapy: We have therapists formally trained in CBT, DBT, EMDR, REBT, TF-CBT, behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, internal family systems, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness and solutions focused therapy.

Who We Serve

 We serve families, teens, adults and seniors in individual and group settings with a variety of emotional, mental and developmental needs. We serve any person seeking mental health treatment in the state of KY.

We are able to take state Medicaid plans and commercial insurance. We will work with any budget to make mental health treatment accessible to all.

Who We Are

We are a comprehensive, outpatient mental health facility that provide a variety of PHP, IOP and outpatient program. We are dedicated mental health providers who have many years of combined experience in all the realms of mental health- prisons, outpatient settings, inpatient settings, hospitals, substance abuse facilities, in the community, schools and in homes. 

Services Offered

Mental health assessments, substance abuse assessments, court ordered assessments, psychiatric evaluations, individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, IOP, collaboration and consultation, targeted case management, peer support, community support, trauma informed therapy, anger management. We are currently accepting new referrals.

We recognize that there is an exponential disparity in mental healthcare based upon factors such as income, socioeconomic status, environment, race, sexual orientation, etc. We strive to provide the highest quality mental health services to anyone in our community seeking it, regardless of the aforementioned factors. Mental health is so important and we are dedicated to making it quickly accessible to any individual that has a need.

We are passionate about access to mental health for absolutely any person that has a need and we are committed to ending any stigma around mental health.

Group Therapy

We have group therapists that have many years of combined experience.

The support you need

We have group therapists that have many years of experience and have developed multiple curriculums. We offer groups specifically for substance abuse, co-morbid substance abuse and mental health, PTSD/trauma, anger management, general mental health, anxiety and depression and a child and adolescent group as well as a couples group. Once a client has completed the 36 classes, they have the opportunity to complete our second and third phases.

Our groups meet a variety of frequencies per week and have many days/and times throughout the week (morning, early afternoon, late afternoon and evening). To complete a group, clients attend a total of 36 sessions and get a certificate of completion.

Evaluations

We are able to complete court ordered evaluations for both mental health and substance abuse. We are also able to offer classes and certificates of completion for ordered anger management, domestic violence, general mental head and substance abuse.

Customized Help

Individual Therapy

Collateral Contact– with family members, schools, CPS and other mental health professionals.

We are able to take referrals from any referral source and work with and support families. We are able to complete court ordered evaluations for both mental health and substance abuse. We are also able to offer classes and certificates of completion for ordered anger management, domestic violence, general mental heath and substance abuse.

Targeted case management (it is optional) to all clients

Case managers are able to connect clients with resources including housing, employment, clothing, food, assistance with government programs (food stamps, childcare), activities for children, assistance with applying for benefits such as disability, furniture for and legal support (court orders, CPS cases, attending court with clients).

Community support professionals trained to provide supportive services

Our staff can meet with clients individually and in groups for extra support. 
We have re-entry specialists trained to assist individuals just being released from jail or prison and that are well experienced in working with probation and parole to reduce recidivism rates.

How do I arrange an appointment?

How can therapy help me?

Therapy can assist with any mental or emotional problems and can help in a variety of ways such as setting barriers, developing better communication, learning coping skills, reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression and assisting with emotional regulation. Therapy can also assist individuals struggling with substance abuse working towards long term sobriety.

How long will I need treatment?

The number of recommended sessions varies by a variety of factors and treatment type. We will work with you to develop a plan that meets and adjust to your needs.

What about medication vs psychotherapy?

Questions about whether you will benefit from therapy, medication or a combination of both are best answered by working with one of our professional mental health providers.
